Vendor Instructions

On Market Day

• Setup opens at 11:30, all vendors must be ready by 1pm, your first destination is the red canopy to get your booth assignment.

• Please bring chairs if you can, we have limited chairs available

• Most canopies and tables are already reserved, if you didn't request one we likely won't be able to provide one at the last minute

• Cars will not be allowed inside the market space so be prepared to carry, bring your own cart, or wait for one of the units we will have for lending.

• The market closes at 5pm, please do not start breaking down before then.

If you have never been to the market, it is located in the Park Manor Shopping center, on the Birchwood Ave side near the WECU community office and across the parking lot from Whatcom Humane Society Thrift Store.
